- Once
a person has registered to attend a seminar
refunds will be handled as follows.
1. If for
some reason you cannot make it to the class and have to
cancel, notice must be received in our office no later
than 5 days prior to class start date.
2. If notice
is given less than 5 days prior to class you will be
required to pay a 30% cancellation fee. This fee is
charged to cover our cost for computers and empty
classroom space.
3. If you
would prefer not to pay the 30% fee you can simply
register to attend a later class and no fee will be
charged for rescheduling.
4. There is
a mandatory 30% cancellation fee for all online classes
regardless of how far in advance the notice is given.
This cancellation fee can be avoided by rescheduling
instead of canceling. You will only be allowed to
reschedule once so please select your dates
carefully. |
